With the shipment of the spray foaming insulation pipe machine and the One-Step Polyurethane Insulated Pipe Production Line, both manufactured by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., to Jeddah Insulated Pipeline Company in Saudi Arabia and their official launch in Riyadh, Huashida has become the first Chinese company to introduce these production lines to Saudi Arabia, marking a significant achievement for Chinese manufacturing.

The 3lpe steel pipe anti-corrosion equipment, developed by Qingdao Huashida, is an innovative solution widely used in the oil and gas industry. It primarily consists of three layers: an epoxy powder coating, a polymer adhesive, and polyethylene. This composition provides impact resistance and moisture isolation. Since oil and gas differ from ordinary substances, the equipment ensures that pipelines remain undamaged, prevent leaks, and offer extended service life.
