On May 26th, at the 55-acre industrial park square of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. in Chengyang district, a spectacular "full-scale operation" took place. Cranes and forklifts were all put into use. Experienced workers were hoisting one huge object after another - vacuum sizing boxes for producing Ф2000mm pre-insulated pipes, haul off machines, and cutting machines - onto a 17-meter-long large trailer. After investigation, it turned out that this was yet another move by the company to send an insulation pipe production line to Yulin Huajian Pipeline Co., Ltd.
Due to the pre-insulated pipe production line developed and produced by Huashida, five tests were conducted on the overall static and assembly requirements of the production line, the composition of the production line, the environmental requirements of the production line, the load operation and idle operation of the production line. These tests met the quality control standards of the Q/05HSD05-2019 testing method. The technical maturity of the results is level 13, the innovation degree is level 2, the technical advancement is level 5, and it has reached the leading level in China. Among them, the solid-liquid phase separation type screw, the spiral分流 type die head， the DCL human-computer dialogue technology， and the vacuum box external mechanical hand technology， etc.， have multiple innovative points and design concepts that have filled the domestic gap. They are the first or first-time application in the industry and are currently the few production lines in China capable of producing Ф2000mm ultra-large diameter pre-insulated pipes production lines .
