This production line innovatively realizes the one-time composite molding of the inner pipe, insulation layer and sheath layer, breaking through the technical bottleneck that the "one-step" process of insulation pipes cannot detect the foam thickness in PERT pipe production. Moreover, by optimizing the extruder design, energy consumption is reduced by more than 30%, significantly shortening the production cycle and improving efficiency.
