When the steel pipe is positioned at the beveling station, press the lifting button of the hydraulic cylinder on the pipe rotator.
Start the rotary motor of the pipe rotator, and adjust to a proper rotating speed via the speed control panel.
Activate the travel motor of the beveling machine to move the machine toward the pipe end for beveling. Stop moving once the pipe jacking head abuts the end face of the steel pipe.
Switch on the main motor of the beveling machine.Engage the cylinder lifting mechanism to start the beveling operation on the steel pipe.
Upon completion of beveling, retract the lifting cylinder of the beveling machine downward.
Turn off the beveling main motor, and move the beveling machine back to its original standby position.
Stop the rotation of the steel pipe and lower the hydraulic cylinder of the pipe rotator. hsdc@qdhsd.com, 008615053286545
