PERT/PEXA pre-insulated pipes are widely used in district heating networks, industrial fluid transportation, and domestic hot water systems, offering broad market prospects. However, conventional manufacturing processes are prone to pipe eccentricity, which compromises product quality and increases production costs.
To overcome this industry challenge, Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has independently developed the One-Step PERT/PEXA Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line. The line features an innovative flow-coating insulation and guided sizing technology, integrating inner pipe conveying, corona treatment of the base film, continuous polyurethane pouring, and HDPE outer jacket wrapping into a single continuous process, achieving intelligent one-step composite production.
The entire production line is equipped with a PLC-based automatic control system and a three-point positioning system, effectively eliminating pipe eccentricity. Compared with conventional equipment, it doubles production efficiency while achieving a finished product qualification rate of over 98%.
Recognized as reaching the international advanced level, the production line has been successfully exported to Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, South Africa, Egypt, Thailand, and other countries, earning widespread recognition from customers both in China and overseas.
