Recently, Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and startup of a 2500 High-Speed Intelligent 3PE Steel Pipe Coating Production Line exported to Abitul Company in Johannesburg, South Africa. The line has been officially put into operation, earning high praise from the customer for its reliable performance and efficient technical support.
Following its "Technology First, Service in Advance" philosophy, Huashida dispatched its engineering team to the customer's site before the equipment arrived, completing layout planning, installation preparation, and commissioning plans in advance to ensure rapid deployment. After delivery, the team efficiently completed installation, parameter optimization, and full-line testing, achieving commercial production of qualified 3PE coated steel pipes 10 days ahead of schedule.
