Thanks to its advanced technology and industry-leading craftsmanship, the 1020–3620mm 3LPE Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Production Line and External Shot Blasting Production Line custom-built by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. for a customer in Linyi have been successfully completed and officially shipped. The complete production line is expected to require 11 heavy-duty 17-meter trailer trucks for transportation, with the first two trucks departing today.
Designed to process steel pipes with diameters of up to 3,620 mm, this production line is among the largest 3LPE anti-corrosion systems available in China. It incorporates Huashida's award-winning technologies, including innovations recognized with the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Award and the Shandong First (Set) Major Technical Equipment Award. Equipped with a 220-series extruder and a PLC centralized control system, the line features one-button conveyor opening and closing, electrically adjustable rotation angles, and highly reliable, stable operation.
The Linyi customer, a leading steel pipe anti-corrosion manufacturer with more than ten existing production lines, selected Huashida after evaluating several suppliers in order to improve production efficiency and enhance market competitiveness. This decision fully demonstrates the customer's confidence in Huashida's technological strength and comprehensive after-sales service.
