At Zhongrun Xinde New Materials Company in the Haihewan High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Wuhai, the Model 1680 spray-winding equipment supplied by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has officially commenced production, manufacturing ultra-assembled intelligent finished pipelines for heating systems. This pipeline combines Huashida's advanced spray-winding technology with nano-scale porous solid aerogel materials, creating a revolutionary layered composite structure.
Compared to traditional pipelines, its insulation performance is significantly improved, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.018 W/(m·K), reducing insulation layer thickness by more than 60% and saving over 30% in energy consumption. Furthermore, the pipeline is easier to install, produces no fiber dust, and effectively solves the long-standing problems of moisture-induced insulation failure and pipeline corrosion in traditional pipelines, providing an efficient and reliable solution for urban heating, petrochemical transportation, and industrial thermal applications.
With the completion of this production line and related aerogel material products, the project is expected to generate approximately 2.05 billion yuan in annual output value for the company, not only significantly boosting the growth of the collaborating enterprises but also injecting new momentum into local industrial transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development.
