Huashida’s technical team has conducted multiple on-site surveys in Inner Mongolia. Based on the actual site working conditions, they refined and optimized a customized technical solution. In October 2026, Huashida signed a contract with the Inner Mongolia customer for an internal epoxy and external 3PE coating equipment with a pipe diameter of 1620 mm.
This is not the customer’s first cooperation with Huashida. Two years ago, the customer purchased Huashida’s insulation pipe production lines, including multiple jacket pipe machines, covering pipe diameters ranging from 90 mm to 2000 mm. The customer has achieved a record of non-stop continuous operation. The entire workshop only requires 3 to 4 operators for management and operation, delivering genuine equipment automation.
