Good news has once again come from Jilin Huihua Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. The latest Huashida pre-insulated pipe production linewas shipped less than ten days ago and has now been successfully commissioned and officially put into production by Huashida engineers—once again demonstrating the “Huashida Speed.”
Since 2020, when Mr. Liu Chuanjun, General Manager of Huihua, purchased the company’s first Huashida production line, the two companies have enjoyed seven years of successful cooperation. To date, Huihua has purchased a total of eight Huashida pre-insulated pipe production lines, covering models from 110 mm to 2000 mm. Over these seven years, Huihua has continued to expand and grow, extending its business from Jilin to the three northeastern provinces of China and becoming a leading enterprise in the pre-insulated pipe industry.
Last year, when Huashida’s technical team visited Huihua to provide after-sales service, Mr. Liu highly praised Huashida equipment for its “high production speed, stable performance, and reliability.” Today, driven by continuously growing orders, Huihua has been recognized as one of Jilin Province’s Gazelle Enterprises, while its products have expanded into markets such as Harbin and Shenyang.
For manufacturers, having equipment delivered does not necessarily mean it can be put into production quickly. Fast and successful commissioning is equally critical. Huashida’s proprietary “First-Time Success” commissioning technology enables the pipe to be successfully introduced and produced on the first trial run, minimizing material waste and helping customers achieve stable production in a short time.
