The equipment meets international standards including API, EN, and ISO. With a single-line production capacity of 800㎡/hour, it improves efficiency by three times compared with traditional models, reduces comprehensive energy consumption by 18%-25%, and cuts labor requirements by more than 60%. This achievement marks a major breakthrough in the localization of high-end pipeline anti-corrosion equipment.
To overcome the long-term dependence on imported large-diameter 3PE anti-corrosion equipment, high costs, and long delivery cycles, Huashida has successfully developed core technologies including automatic pipe loading, medium-frequency heating, high-efficiency powder spraying, and wrapping coating. The production line integrates the entire process of rust removal, heating, coating, wrapping, and cooling into a fully automated system. It covers pipe diameters from Φ325mm to Φ4200mm and has been exported to more than 40 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Russia, and South Africa, earning high recognition from customers worldwide.
