This equipment features an original flowcoating insulation guide sizing technology that integrates multiple operations—inner pipe conveying, corona treatment, polyurethane continuous pouring, and sheath overlap wrapping—into a single station, enabling continuous onepass composite forming. This breakthrough completely eliminates intermittent production and fills a domestic gap in highend intelligent onestep equipment.

The production line has been widely adopted both in China and abroad. Actual production data from users show that, compared with traditional twostep lines, overall efficiency increases by 2050%, energy consumption drops by 1525%, labor input is reduced by 40%.
