Mr. Liu Ping, General Manager of Inner Mongolia Hengrui Kai Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd., expressed during a recent meeting with Mr. Huang Baodong, Chairman of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., that the company has secured over RMB 300 million in pipeline orders this year, with further business growth expected next year. To meet the increasing demand, the company requires high-efficiency, reliable internal and external epoxy coating and external 3LPE pipeline coating production lines.
Since 2024, four Huashida pre-insulated pipe production lines have been successively commissioned at Hengrui Kai's facility. Huashida's advanced technology, well-engineered configurations, high level of automation, and stable performance have earned strong recognition from Mr. Liu. The production lines can operate continuously for up to three months before scheduled maintenance, while requiring only one operator to manage the entire process from material loading to pipe discharge, demonstrating their efficiency, intelligence, and reliability.
Building on the trust established through their long-term cooperation, Hengrui Kai has now chosen Huashida's internal and external epoxy coating and external 3LPE pipeline coating production line for its next phase of development.
