1. Full-circumferential Pressure Water Cooling, Double Production Capacity and Efficiency
Adopting full-track continuous circumferential pressure water cooling technology, the equipment eliminates the defects of traditional air cooling and ordinary point water cooling. It achieves uniform and efficient heat dissipation across the entire mold area and greatly improves the cooling effect. With comprehensively optimized heat exchange efficiency, its output is more than three times that of traditional air-cooled and ordinary water-cooled machines, fully meeting the demands of large-scale mass production.
2. Fixed Cooling Pipeline, High Efficiency, Energy Saving and Easy Maintenance
The cooling pipeline adopts a fixed connection structure, which eliminates repeated plugging and unplugging during mold replacement and greatly improves commissioning efficiency. It effectively avoids common faults such as pipeline water leakage and pressure relief, ensures stable equipment operation, and reduces energy loss as well as operation and maintenance costs.
3. Specialized High-efficiency Extrusion System with Low Pressure and Lower Energy Consumption
Equipped with Huashida’s self-developed dedicated high-efficiency single-screw extruder for PE/PP materials, the system adopts a buffered forced feeding structure and grooved barrel to realize uniform material conveying and stable extrusion, significantly reducing main motor power consumption. The optimized shorter die flow path lowers extrusion pressure, reduces equipment wear, and extends the service life of core components including the screw and die head, achieving excellent molding quality with lower energy consumption and production costs.
4. Precision Surround Cutting System for Accurate and High-quality Pipe Appearance
Fitted with high-strength alloy steel blades and equipped with a continuous surround cutting process, the equipment produces smooth, burr-free and deformation-free pipe cuts. Supported by a high-precision trajectory tracking system, it accurately locates cutting positions and eliminates dimensional errors, ensuring high precision and superior surface quality of finished pipes to meet high-standard production requirements.
