Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has achieved a major breakthrough in technological industrialization. The independently developed high-end intelligent 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe production line has successfully passed customer acceptance, fully complying with multiple authoritative international standards including API, EN and ISO. With a single-line production capacity of 800 ㎡/h, the new model triples the production efficiency of traditional equipment, reduces comprehensive energy consumption by 18%–25%, and cuts on-site labor demand by more than 60%. Stable mass production has been fully realized, marking China’s official breakthrough in the long-term foreign monopoly of high-end pipeline anti-corrosion equipment and achieving complete domestic substitution in this core field.
For a long time, the core manufacturing equipment for large-diameter 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes has been monopolized by a small number of overseas enterprises. Excessively high equipment prices, long delivery cycles and prohibitive operation and maintenance costs have long been a critical bottleneck restricting the construction of energy infrastructure in China. To tackle these key "stuck neck" technical problems, relying on the expert workstation for high-end plastic machinery equipment in Qingdao, Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has organized a professional technical team to conquer multiple industry pain points and technical challenges. These include the speed stability, bonding performance and full automation of key processes such as automatic feeding of large-diameter steel pipes, intermediate-frequency heating, high-efficiency powder spraying and winding cladding.
The newly launched high-end 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production line boasts completely independent intellectual property rights. Verified by practical operation of domestic and overseas users, the equipment supports full-diameter production ranging from Φ325mm to Φ3600mm, covering diverse application scenarios including conventional municipal pipe networks, large-diameter oil and gas trunk pipelines, deep-sea projects and alpine region projects. It has thoroughly realized the independent domestic manufacturing of high-end pipeline anti-corrosion equipment.
Leveraging the Belt and Road Initiative cooperation mechanism, Huashida’s 3PE anti-corrosion production lines have been exported to more than 40 countries worldwide, including Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Russia and South Africa, winning wide recognition and high praise from global customers.
