The steel pipe 3PE anti-corrosion production line customized by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. for a South African customer has been fully assembled after nearly one month of intensive work by engineer Zhang Yonggao’s team. The shot blasting and rust-removal section has completed commissioning successfully, while the wrapping section is undergoing final optimization and is expected to enter full production soon.
The customer, an American entrepreneur running a steel pipe anti-corrosion company in South Africa, decided to introduce advanced 3PE coating equipment from China to enhance production capacity. After evaluating several suppliers, the customer visited Huashida late at night. Chairman Huang Baodong immediately returned to the company to receive the visitors and organized an overnight technical discussion. Both parties finalized the technical Solution and signed the contract the very next day, demonstrating the well-known “Huashida Speed.”
During a later visit to inspect production progress and quality, the South African customer unexpectedly met a former colleague from Saudi Arabia. Although they had taken different career paths, both ultimately chose Huashida as their trusted partner.
Now, after careful commissioning, the equipment has delivered excellent performance in speed, efficiency, stability, and quality, earning high recognition from the customer.
