To strengthen talent development and help new employees quickly master equipment knowledge, Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. organized a special training program on plate and sheet production lines, adopting a dual-track model of “theory + workshop practice” to support systematic learning.
This training focused on the plate and sheet production line, which is mainly used to manufacture pipe fitting products for municipal water supply and drainage, oil and gas transportation, and sewage systems. The equipment plays a key role in ensuring the sealing performance, durability, and safety of pipeline systems. Experienced technical staff provided comprehensive explanations on equipment working principles, core components, production processes, safety operation standards, and daily maintenance, helping trainees build a solid theoretical foundation.
After the classroom session, new employees entered the production workshop for hands-on learning. From raw material feeding, extrusion forming, cooling and shaping, to finished product cutting, trainees gained an intuitive understanding of equipment operation details and workflow through on-site practice, supported by equipment demonstrations and visual materials. This also improved their ability to control production parameters accurately.
Through this training, new employees established a basic understanding of plate and sheet equipment, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth learning and future business development.
