On April 17, Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. and Iraq’s Sahaman Pipe Company officially signed a sales contract for a Model 1520 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion equipment line via video conference. This business negotiation, which began in May 2024, spanned nearly two years; during this period, the Sahaman brothers visited Huashida five times, engaging in intensive exchanges that ultimately culminated in a successful partnership.
The Sahaman brothers initially sought out Huashida based on its reputation, specifically recognizing that China's equipment manufacturing capabilities now rival those of Europe and the United States, while offering significantly higher cost-effectiveness. Throughout the communication process, Huashida demonstrated rapid responsiveness to the client's needs. The company developed a customized solution tailored to the Middle East's specific climatic conditions and local process standards, while also proposing numerous innovative optimizations. By leveraging its professional expertise and a customer-first service philosophy, Huashida emerged as the client's preferred partner.
Although communications regarding this collaboration had proceeded smoothly, the formal contract signing had been repeatedly delayed. In February of this year, Huashida Chairman Huang Baodong led a team to the Middle East with the intention of visiting the client in person to advance the partnership; however, they were forced to return midway due to unforeseen developments in the local situation. Unexpectedly, the Sahaman brothers subsequently reached out proactively to further refine the technical specifications, finalize the agreement, and sign the contract. They also expressed their willingness to serve as a benchmark client for Huashida in the Middle East, working together to achieve a win-win outcome.
