The four-roll horizontal heat shrinkable tape equipment for Russian Moscow Region Plastic Anti-Corrosion Engineering Co., Ltd., which was originally expected to take about twenty days to be officially put into production, was installed, debugged, and successfully produced high-quality heat shrinkable tape in less than a week, thanks to the efficient commissioning work of Zhang Yonggao, a gold medal engineer from Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd.

The equipment adopts a four-roll horizontal structure as required by the Russian customer, and a special material formulation was developed for extremely cold environments (as low as -60°C), enabling the product to have higher adhesion, better shrinkage performance, and resistance to cracking and peeling.
Throughout the long-term technical communication, the customer actively participated in design and quality supervision, and organized trial production. Through the full acceptance process, the customer fully confirmed that the equipment performance met expectations. Chief Engineer Andrey Stepanov stated that the equipment design is highly innovative and will effectively enhance product quality and market competitiveness.
Equipment commissioning is a critical step in determining performance stability and product quality. After arriving at the site, Zhang Yonggao proactively worked overtime to advance the work, quickly completing system installation and parameter matching. As a result, the equipment ran stably from the very start, with balanced load, precise control, and production efficiency and product quality both meeting design standards, earning high recognition from the customer.
