The four-roll horizontal heat shrink sleeve equipment customized by Qingdao Huashida for Moscow Region Plastic Anti-Corrosion Engineering Co., Ltd. in Russia has drawn widespread attention after being featured by mainstream media including China Chemical Industry News, China Building Materials Magazine, and Qingdao TV. Recently, Huashida’s top engineer Zhang Yonggao traveled to Russia to complete the equipment commissioning, achieving full success and leaving the client highly satisfied with both the substrate production and the coating process.
During the initial factory acceptance test at Huashida, Andrey Stepanov, the client’s chief technical engineer, spoke highly of the equipment’s innovative design. For this on-site commissioning, Zhang Yonggao worked through holidays to efficiently complete equipment assembly, connectivity testing, and fine-tuning. Both the substrate manufacturing and coating processes fully met the design specifications.
The final product performs reliably under extreme conditions of minus 60°C, with no adhesive failure or cracking. Its sealing and anti-corrosion properties, along with impact and tensile strength, are firmly integrated with the pipe body — effectively resolving the critical safety challenge of pipeline operation in low-temperature environments and earning high recognition from the client.
