The 1620-type 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production line and its supporting shot blasting equipment, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., have been successfully commissioned and are operating stably at the factory of SteelConstruction, a Russian steel pipe manufacturer. This has generated significant economic benefits for the company and earned high praise from the client.
SteelConstruction, located in Moscow, is a large-scale steel pipe production and sales company serving the CIS market. To extend its industrial chain and capture profits in the downstream anti-corrosion segment, they conducted market research and ultimately chose Huashida, a company with a strong reputation in the Chinese industry, to introduce the advanced 1620-type 3PE anti-corrosion production line.
Huashida dispatched its technical expert, Zhang Zhilei, to Russia for commissioning and to assist the client in training its operating team. Through close cooperation, both parties successfully completed equipment assembly and trial operation, successfully producing high-quality anti-corrosion steel pipes achieving a Sa2.5 rust removal grade. With the formal signing of the after-sales service agreement, the production line was successfully handed over, marking the successful completion of this international cooperation.
