Stepping into Qingdao Huashida's workshop, rows of four-roller horizontal reinforced heat shrink tape machines are being assembled in batches. Originally developed for a Russian client to address the problem of pipe joint cracking under extreme low temperatures, this equipment is now widely favored by domestic and international customers due to its advanced technology and ease of operation.
Its four-roller horizontal layout enables synchronous pressure application, resulting in a tighter, bubble-free, and wrinkle-free heat shrink tape application; uniform heating; and compatibility with thicknesses from 0.8 to 3.0 mm. High automation increases production efficiency by 30% and reduces energy consumption by 15%. The produced fiber-reinforced heat shrink tape has a tensile strength exceeding 20 MPa, corrosion resistance exceeding 1000 hours, strong adhesion, temperature resistance from -40℃ to 80℃, and a lifespan matching that of the pipe.
Huashida has won numerous orders with this equipment, continuously driving technological upgrades and achieving win-win cooperation with its clients.
