Since 2013, when a Russian client first introduced Huashida's three-layer composite polyethylene heat shrink tape production line compliant with WHO standards, the equipment has rapidly gained market recognition due to its advanced technological design, environmentally sustainable materials, and reliable after-sales support. This has consistently attracted Russian customers for on-site inspections and procurement.
To manufacture pipeline joint products meeting stringent drinking water safety requirements, one customer selected Huashida following a rigorous evaluation process. The equipment strictly complies with international drinking water safety regulations in both material selection and manufacturing procedures, thoroughly addressing health and safety concerns related to direct human contact and potable water applications. During factory acceptance testing, the customer brought 200 kilograms of pure PE raw material for trial production. Subsequent physical and chemical analyses confirmed that all test results achieved Grade A compliance, receiving high commendation from the client.
Recently, in response to growing demands for pipeline joint sealing performance under extreme low-temperature conditions, the Insulation Products Factory in Moscow Oblast, Russia, has once again chosen Huashida’s equipment. Currently, the production of this equipment is underway with high efficiency. It is anticipated that the customer will dispatch technical personnel to China next month for final inspection, commissioning, and trial operation. Huashida remains committed to delivering high-quality solutions as a testament to customer trust and long-term collaboration.
