Professor Wu Daming, a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering and Vice President of Scientific Research at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, has officially joined Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. as the chief expert of its "High-End Plastic Machinery Expert Workstation," marking the formal establishment of a nationally recognized first-class technical team comprising over ten experts.
Since its inception, the workstation has achieved significant breakthroughs in multiple key technologies. First, it developed an intelligent Steel pipe internal and external epoxy anticorrosion production line, demonstrating overall performance that leads the nation and earning the Second Prize in Shandong Province’s Scientific and Technological Innovation Awards. Second, the workstation launched the "One-Step Flow-Coating PERT Insulation Pipe Production Line HSD315," which improves production efficiency by 20–50% and offers extended service life compared to domestic counterparts. This innovation was recognized as the first-of-its-kind equipment in Shandong Province. Third, polyurea coating technology was successfully applied to the manufacturing of anti-corrosion pipelines. Ductile iron anti-corrosion pipes produced in Linyi have demonstrated consistent quality and received favorable market feedback.
These accomplishments have substantially strengthened Huashida’s technological capabilities and enhanced the competitiveness of its product portfolio in the high-end plastic machinery sector.
