The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association awarded Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. a scientific and technological achievement certificate for the "Intelligent Epoxy Resin Anti-corrosion Production Line for Inner and Outer Steel Pipes (Type B)".
This production line adopts innovative technologies such as synchronous epoxy coating both inside and outside, solving problems such as the need for secondary processing and insufficient load-bearing capacity of traditional equipment. The overall performance of the machine is leading in China. Compared with the two-step process, it saves 50% of energy. The load-bearing capacity of the transmission wheel is three times that of similar products, and it can handle super-large steel pipes with a diameter of 3200mm and a weight of 30 tons.
