Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. pointed out that the existing domestic 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe production lines are difficult to process bent pipes. The traditional manual winding and spraying method used in the 3PE anti-corrosion processing of bent pipes has problems such as low efficiency and poor product stability, resulting in poor anti-corrosion effect and shortened service life of bent pipes. The existing mechanized processing schemes also have shortcomings such as low precision, small pipe diameter range and low degree of automation.
The traditional anti-corrosion operation method has obvious drawbacks: The heat shrinkable sleeve (tape) heating sleeve method requires manual flame preheating of the bent pipe, application of primer and heating shrinkage of the heat shrinkable sleeve. Due to manual operation, there are problems such as high labor intensity, difficult temperature control and unstable quality. Although the on-site cold winding method of polyethylene adhesive tape does not require heating, the adhesive layer is not firmly bonded to the primer, the peel strength is low, and phenomena such as hollowing and lifting edges are prone to occur. In contrast, Huashida's anti-corrosion technology for elbow pipes has significant advantages, attracting many domestic and foreign customers to introduce its 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe production line.
