On April 14th, the shot blasting rust removal production line of type 1020, designed by Qingdao Huashida for a client in Uzbekistan, was loaded into two containers. Following successful acceptance inspection, it was dispatched from the Chengyang Jinling Industrial Park and transported to Tashkent via combined land and rail logistics. Uzbekistan, located in Central Asia, is abundant in oil and gas resources and is actively advancing infrastructure development with an urgent demand for pipeline construction. The client, a pipe manufacturer, faced production constraints due to the lack of advanced rust removal equipment. Upon recommendation by the Atrau Pipeline Anti-corrosion Company in Kazakhstan, the client placed an order with Huashida without conducting an on-site inspection.
Huashida incorporates cutting-edge concepts and technologies into the production line, offering a comprehensive rust removal solution. The equipment has now been manufactured and dispatched. Upon arrival, it will be commissioned and debugged to enhance the client's rust removal capabilities, thereby showcasing the strength of Chinese manufacturing.
